Last Night I went to the Indian Restaurant by my hotel in Portland. I saw the chef licking his arm in the kitchen, when he looked around to see if anybody caught him our eyes locked. It was magical.
Well, I hope the food was good, at least...although I'm not sure that makes up for the arm-licking... Your stuff is brilliant, btw, been a fan for quite a while. I'm so glad you started blogging!
May I just say that your works here are just flippin' awesome, brilliant, vibrant, funny and...hehehe,pleasing to the eye! Please don't ever stop posting. My funny bone thanks you. ^^

These kind of travel encounters only happen to YOU. (Every time...) Please tell me you've got a drawing of that friendly guy you met in Scotland.
Awesome, fun sketches! You seem to capture some very special moments.

Sorry, I didn't think anybody was watching when I did that.

Good times... Hilarious sketch!!
Congratulations for starting my new favorite blog!
Nice stuff! I love the figure skater in particular, but everything is great!
As I'm sure you well know... grooming is very important, Dan.
Your Romanain experiences very much mirror my memories from a trip there years ago. I especially felt comforted that the police carried AK-47s.
Blog on, good sir.
Oh my bloody gawd! That is too funny. I like that you've posted the name and address on the place also. We're linking to ya on our blog!
PS: oh yeah, the drawings are wonderful too.
being romanian, i have to admit, Dans drawings are dead on. except he's missing one thing, vampires.

Hey Dan,
Welcome to blog world. Are you in the New Yorker yet?
I have had the exact same experience in Florida. IN fact, judging from your drawing, it looks like the same guy.

Brillant.
